Marjory Carrero ACMA, CGMA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and transformation roles. Marjory worked as an Associate Director in Commercial FP&A and Finance Transformation at Digital Works Group, where they helped companies accelerate transformative change through digitalization and new ways of working.

Marjory also worked at Reckitt as an Interim Global E-Commerce FP&A Manager, where they managed and improved year-end, month-end, and planning processes. Additionally, they worked as an eCommerce Finance SME & Project Manager, delivering an enhanced management reporting solution and simplifying customer master data.

Marjory was a Project Delivery Manager at Reckitt, leading a global finance transformation project and managing data migration. Marjory worked as a Board Member and Interim Finance Director at SOUNDWALKRS, and as a Transition Project Manager at Kantar, where they developed and delivered a separation plan from WPP Group.

Prior to that, Marjory had finance roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where they served as a Finance Manager for the Olympics and Paralympics Rio 2016 and as a Financial Specialist for the FIFA 2014 World Cup. Marjory also worked as a Financial Analyst for the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympics.

Earlier in their career, Marjory worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a Commercial Finance - Customer Marketing & Performance Analyst, at Chivas Brothers as an EMEA Marketing Management Accountant Assistant, at Elior UK as an Accounts & Administration Manager, and at PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. as a General Manager Operations.

Marjory obtained a Global Chartered Management Accountant | MBA Equivalent degree in Management Accountancy from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in International Business at Birkbeck, University of London from 2005 to 2006. Marjory Carrero also holds a BA in Accountancy from Universidad de Carabobo, which they earned from 1996 to 2001.
