Jannina Lagerström has had a diverse range of work experiences, primarily in the hospitality industry. Jannina started their career as a Sales Representative at Sokotel Oy, where they managed individual and package reservations for Radisson Blu Hotels. Jannina then moved on to work as a Culture Producer Trainee at Jyväskylän Musiikkiopisto ry and Kansallinen Lastenliitto ry, where they gained experience in event management and production. Later, they worked as a Travel Guide at Aurinkomatkat Oy, where they welcomed and assisted tourists in a new country. Jannina then transitioned to the hotel industry, working as a Receptionist at Sokos Hotels before joining Hotel Indigo Helsinki - Boulevard as a Front Office Duty Manager. At Nordic Choice Hotels, they held various roles including Welcome Office Shift Leader, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Front Office Manager. Currently, they are working at DigitalGuest as the Head of Customer Success and previously served as the Country Manager Finland and Regional Consultant Finland.

Jannina Lagerström obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Management from Humanistinen Ammattikorkeakoulu from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2021.
