Traci Maddock

Traci Maddock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, particularly focused on technology, beauty, and social issues. As Director at Merian Ventures since April 2019, Traci engages in investments in female-led innovation in fields like cyber, blockchain, AI, and machine learning. Current involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors at ISAMAYA BEAUTY and Conserving Beauty, and as a Trustee for The Caring Family Foundation, which addresses child abuse and deforestation. Additionally, Traci is an Ambassador for Digitalis, a strategic advisor for Dr. Barbara Sturm, and has held positions as a Founding Partner at Era VC and a Visiting Policy Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute. Traci's educational background includes a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of Plymouth and further studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
