Antonio Rosales

Antonio Rosales is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering - PaaS at DigitalOcean, Antonio leads the platform engineering organization responsible for key offerings such as Kubernetes, Container Registry, and App Platform. Prior roles within DigitalOcean include Director of Engineering for Kubernetes and Senior Engineering Manager across multiple teams. Antonio also has significant experience from Canonical Ltd., where management of teams delivering Ubuntu Server and OpenStack solutions was a key focus. Previous positions at IBM and Sun Microsystems contributed to a strong foundation in software engineering and technical support. Antonio holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
