Emmad Abbasi

Emmad Abbasi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding and technical account management. Currently serving as Team Lead of Customer Onboarding at DigitalOcean since September 2022, Emmad has also held multiple leadership roles at Cloudways since February 2017, culminating in Team Lead of Customer Onboarding while previously serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager and Technical Account Manager. Emmad’s career began with positions such as Senior Sales Specialist at Topstar digitizing and Customer Service Specialist at E Planet Communications Inc. Emmad holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Iqra University (2013-2019) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Govt Premier College (2009-2011).
