Kristen Bein has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kristen started their career in 2010 as a 2010 Decennial Census Crew Leader at the Dept. of Commerce US Census Bureau. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Event Manager at Stars n' Bars. In 2013, they joined Susan Gage Caterers as a Catering Waiter, where they provided exceptional service to clients in the DC metro area. In 2015, they transitioned to the IT industry and joined DIGITALSPEC, LLC. as a PMO Analyst, responsible for creating program organizational processes and supporting the IT Vendor Transition. Kristen later served as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided various IT project management support and facilitated service management processes. In 2019, they became a SharePoint Developer at DIGITALSPEC, LLC., leading the development and management of SharePoint projects.
Kristen Bein obtained a BA degree in Geography from Indiana University Bloomington from 2003 to 2009. In 2012, they attended Penn State University for a period, studying GEOINT. Prior to their university education, they completed high school at North Central High School from 2001 to 2003. Kristen Bein also holds additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2021, and an ITIL Foundation Level certification from EXIN.
