Albert Keating

Albert Keating is the Head of CX at DigitalWell, a provider of full service solutions for the contact center. Previously, Albert served as the Managing Director at Eleven, and as a Business Development Manager at BT. With a background in sales and experience as a Senior Account Director at Touchbase Communications, Albert holds a Master of Business Studies in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Albert also earned a Certificate in Strategic Management from Dublin Business School. Albert's educational background includes a degree in Agriculture from University College Dublin, as well as completing their Leaving Cert at Rockwell College and Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate at St Augustine College, Dungarvan.
