Kwame B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kwame began their career at Food Universe Marketplace in 2013, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative for four years. In 2016, they joined RITE AID as a Retail Cashier, gaining experience in cashiering, stock management, and customer service.

In 2017, Kwame worked as a Prep Cook & Service Representative at Starliner Cafe and Market for a few months before transitioning to LIVunLtd as a Receptionist. Kwame held this role for two years, showcasing their organizational and communication skills.

Kwame then joined Year Up in 2018 as an IT Student, where they gained foundational knowledge in information technology. Later that year, they also took on the role of Front Desk at NFC Amenity Management, where they further developed their customer service skills.

In 2018, Kwame secured an internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Production Engineering Intern, working on infrastructure resiliency design and application support. Kwame continued their journey with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2019 as an Application Support | Change Manager, responsible for managing application changes and ensuring smooth operations. In 2020, they became a Production Support Engineer, where their role involved designing solutions for customer-impacting incidents and supporting a continuous-delivery environment.

In 2022, Kwame joined Digitas Health as part of their Technology Management and Strategy team. As a Technology Management and Strategy Apprentice, they worked as a development team lead, collaborating with QA to manage quality assurance processes and resolving technical issues for multinational clients.

Currently, Kwame is attending the Full Stack Engineer Fellowship at The Knowledge House, where they are further expanding their technical skills.

Kwame B. has a diverse education history in the field of computer programming and information technology. In 2018, they attended Year Up, where they obtained a Secondary Diploma Certificate in Information Technology. During their time at Year Up, Kwame obtained various certifications, including BUS 101: Business Writing I, BUS 102: Business Writing II, BUS 103: Career Development and Interpersonal Relations, BUS 201: Introduction to Customer Service, CIS 102: Advanced Excel, CIS 201: Computer Hardware, CIS 202: Operating Systems, CIS 203: Computer Network Support, COM 150: Public Speaking, INT 101: Internship Practicum, and INT 102: Internship Seminar.

From 2016 to 2018, Kwame pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at CUNY New York City College of Technology, which is currently pending.

In 2022, they enrolled at The Knowledge House, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Additionally, Kwame has obtained several certifications from reputable institutions, including GitHub Basics, JavaScript Fundamentals, Node/Express, and SQL from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in March 2023. Kwame also completed Vestibule Part II: Full Stack Web Development and Vestibule Part I from Cloud Academy in August and July 2022, respectively. Furthermore, they acquired a Networking Foundations: Networking Basics certification from LinkedIn in May 2018.
