Harsha Awtaney

Harsha Awtaney is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Global Talent Partner and HR business partner at Digitate since 2023, Harsha previously held the role of Manager - Talent Acquisition at Warner Bros. Discovery, overseeing a team focused on AI, Data, Products, and Engineering hiring, while also leading diversity sourcing initiatives for CNN and HBO. Prior to that, Harsha worked at Appen as a Talent Partner and at QuEST Global as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Apple, developing hiring strategies and fulfilling high-value recruitment needs. Additional experience includes senior recruitment roles at WinWire Technologies Inc., Tavant Technologies, and Flexton Inc., as well as foundational roles in business development and process development at The Times Of India and GE. Harsha holds an MBA in International Business and a Human Resource Certification from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
