Saikat Ghosh

Saikat Ghosh is a seasoned professional in the field of lighting for animation and visual effects, currently serving as Lighting Supervisor at Digitoonz Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing CG lighting projects and ensuring quality meets client expectations. Prior experience includes a role as Lighting TD at ReDefine, contributing to both Bollywood and Hollywood VFX movies through the creation of lighting assets using Clarisse and Houdini software from August 2022 to July 2023. Earlier, as Lighting Supervisor at Studio56 Animation from January 2021 to July 2022, Saikat supervised lighting asset development for the project "100% Wolf." From July 2008 to December 2020, Saikat held a Lighting Supervisor position at DQ Entertainment, notably overseeing the entire post-production department for the project "NEFERTINE" in Kolkata. Saikat's educational background includes a 3D Animation degree from TOONZ Webel and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Vidyasagar University.
