Kenzie McLouth has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Most recently, starting in 2022, they have been working at DigniFi, initially as a Product Manager and later being promoted to Director of Product. Before that, from 2020 to 2022, Kenzie held positions at TE Connectivity, including Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineer II - Project Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Production Manager at Eaton. Prior to that, Kenzie had multiple roles at the University of Iowa, including Operations Research Teaching Assistant, Intro to Engineering Computing Teaching Assistant, Software Developer Research Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant. They also gained experience through internships at Eaton, Rockwell Collins, and State Farm®. Additionally, Kenzie worked as an English (as a second language) Teacher and Private Tutor at the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC). Early in their career, they were a Sales Analyst at Military Uniform Supply, Inc. and a Sales Attendant at Pekin Country Club.
Kenzie McLouth attended Pekin Community High School from 2009 to 2013. After high school, they went on to study at the University of Iowa from 2013 to 2017. Kenzie earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a focus in Industrial Engineering. During their time at the University of Iowa, they also pursued a minor in Computer Science and Spanish. In 2015, Kenzie McLouth had the opportunity to study abroad at Universitat d'Alacant, where they focused on Spanish language studies. Apart from their formal education, they obtained additional certifications including a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2022 and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Iowa Quality Center in April 2017.
