Store Manager at Dija

Elise Maillot has worked in the hospitality industry since 2012. Elise began their career with a stage in the kitchen at Hôtel restaurant La roche Corneille, followed by a stage in reception, housekeeping and restaurant at Mercure Hotel. In 2014, they completed a stage in restaurant and kitchen service at Dunbrody Country House Hotel. In 2015, they worked as a restaurant server at Restaurant Del Arte. In 2016, they were an assistant manager at Cojean. In 2017, they became the responsible for communication, marketing and event planning at Boutique hotel by the museo. In 2018, they were an assistant for international franchise development at Angelina Paris and a store manager at Starbucks. In 2020, they became an assistant director at Brioche Dorée. Most recently, in 2021, they became the store manager at Dija.

Elise MAILLOT has completed a Double diplôme de Magistère et Master from Université d'Angers in the field of Gestion / responsable de restaurant, culinaire, et restauration between 2015 and 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a BTS from Lycée hôtelier Yvon Bourges Dinard (35) in the field of hôtellerie restauration option mercatique et gestion from 2013 to 2015. Elise is currently pursuing a Licence in Gestion des restaurants / des services alimentaires from UFR ESTHUA Tourisme et Culture since 2016. Additionally, they are also pursuing a First year Master's degree in Gestion / responsable de restaurant, culinaire, et restauration from Universidad Anahuac Mayab since 2016.
