Tanay Evliya, Ph.D.

Tanay Evliya, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tanay is currently an Assistant Professor at Beykoz Üniversitesi, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at DDTECH | DX Starts Here, including Group CFO from January 2022, Chief Executive Officer from September 2022 to February 2023, and Financial Advisor from November 2020 to April 2022.

Tanay also served as a Group CFO at Dijital Kurye and KnowYourX, both starting in January 2022. Tanay co-founded Odyssey R&D in 2013, where they held the role of Co-Founder. Tanay was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Poliversity from December 2020 to January 2023.

In addition, Tanay was a Partner at YIPMO TARIM TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. from April 2015 to September 2022. Tanay served as a Member of the Board at Plato Meslek Yüksekokulu from August 2012 to August 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at Plato Meslek Yüksekokulu, including Acting Director from January 2012 to August 2012 and General Secretary from January 2010 to March 2012.

Tanay's earlier work experience includes a role in Corporate Development at the University of Management and Design in September 2009.

Tanay Evliya, Ph.D. started their education at TED Ankara Koleji in 1990 and completed their studies there in 1997. Tanay then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi/Middle East Technical University from 1997 to 2001. Tanay continued their education at Koç University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Finance. Later, they enrolled at Anadolu University from 2016 to 2019 and earned an Associate's degree in Agriculture, General. Finally, Tanay concluded their educational journey at Beykent University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management, General from 2010 to 2021.
