Julie-Anne Ward

Julie-Anne Ward has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in HR advice, HR systems, organizational change, policy and procedures, remuneration and benefits, and global mobility. Julie-Anne has worked with a variety of clients, including technology providers, start-up companies, and NFP NDIS support. With a background in HR consulting and management, Julie-Anne has successfully developed people and culture strategies, implemented HRMS, and improved employee processes resulting in decreased turnover. Julie-Anne's education includes a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Arts in HR and Psychology from Griffith University.
