Rasoja Rathnayake is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dijital Team since October 2023. With previous experience as a Talent Consulting Specialist at EMAPTA and Specialist HRM and Operations at eMarketingEye, Rasoja has a strong background in various aspects of human resources management. Rasoja holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Ruhuna and has also completed professional qualifications in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
