Catherine Zakoske

Catherine Zakoske is currently the Client Success Team Lead at DiligenceVault. Catherine has been in this role for 11 months. Prior to that, they were Vice President of Customer Success at BrightMove, Inc. where they were responsible for redesigning and implementing a new onboarding experience for new customers, including a learning system and updating all internal documents.
