Matt Hestilow

Matt Hestilow has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Matt started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster in 2006 and later worked as a Server/Bartender at Bennigan's from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they interned at the Houston Astros as a Risk Management & IT Intern and also served as a Human Resources Assistant at the American Bureau of Shipping.

From 2008 to 2009, Matt worked as a Game Advisor at GameStop, followed by a role as a Human Resources Department Supervisor at Toys R Us from 2009 to 2010. Matt was responsible for staffing and training employees and ensuring compliance with tax credits.

In 2010, Matt joined Sony as a Solutions Specialist and played a key role in increasing sales through the implementation of a department-based sales strategy. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Practical Programs, Inc. as a Business Analyst, conducting business process evaluations and providing customized solutions. Matt also supported data management software through database creation and configuration.
