Sr. Technical Product Manager

Product · Austin, United States

Job description

What we're doing isn't easy. But nothing worth doing ever is.

We envision a future powered by robots that work seamlessly with human teams. We build artificial intelligence that enables service robots to collaborate with people and adapt to dynamic human environments. Join our mission-driven, venture-backed team as we build out our customer-facing operations arm.

As Diligent’s Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in lowering the barrier for healthcare professionals to work with robots. Your main responsibility will be to own a large portion of the Product Roadmap centered around Moxi, a mobile manipulation Robot that supports front-line staff in Healthcare settings. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced and passionate about either the Robotics  space or integrating meaningful products into a Healthcare Environment. The Sr. TPM will focus on leading customer discovery, evaluating opportunities, driving requirements, defining measures of success and communicating priorities.

 Other responsibilities include:

  • Roadmapping. Develop, maintain & communicate a living roadmap of investments that improves utilization, reduces user friction and increases time-to-value.
  • Lead product discovery. Work directly with clients and stakeholders to identify pain points, evaluate opportunities and define success criteria for new experiences.
  • Drive strategic planning. Collaborate with engineering and leadership on quarterly planning to maximize our technical investments and prioritize the highest-value opportunities.
  • Support robust go-to market. Empower services, growth and operations with content, education, talking points and target user segments.

Evaluate success and share learnings. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to analyze the results of launches and share learnings across the company.

This role is a design-oriented, user-obsessed product leader that can independently work with healthcare clients, evaluate opportunities and influence engineering priorities to build the highest impact experiences.

*This position is located in Austin, TX. Local candidates are preferred however, we are open to considering those willing to relocate.

A successful candidate will have:

    2. The Healthcare Space - think SaaS integrations into the Healthcare/Hospital space and all of the regulatory, security and other related parameters.
  • Prior product experience working on strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship user-facing solutions and making sound trade-offs between technical and non-technical stakeholders
