Ahlem Zobiri

Ahlem Zobiri has seven years of work experience. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Internship Student at AIR ALGERIE. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Quality System Coordinator at Ijar Leasing Algerie. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Help Desk Technician at Solano County Library. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Independent Consultant at multiples. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Store Manager at Grocery Outlet. Currently, they are a Data Research Analyst and a Technical Support Specialist Robotics at Diligent Robotics. In their role as Technical Support Specialist Robotics, they are responsible for monitoring a fleet of mobile service robots in a hospital environment, collecting data in a variety of real-world situations, providing detailed and accurate product feedback, collaborating with the remote team to fix hardware or/and software issues and updates, training hospital staff on using the robots, and providing excellent customer service for the hospital staff, patients, and vendors throughout the entire hospital.

Ahlem Zobiri holds a M.Sc. in Operation Research from the Universit\u00e9 des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumedi\u00e8ne' which they obtained between 2004 and 2010. Ahlem also holds certifications in Data Analyst from Google, Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera, and Computer Maintenance Hard and Soft from an Algerian school, which were obtained in June 2022, June 2022, and April 2011 respectively.
