Evalena C. has a diverse work experience, beginning with Chase in 2011 as a Risk Operations Analyst | Fraud Prevention. In this role, they demonstrated excellent customer service, exceeded department goals for fraud detection, and identified fraud indicators to minimize and prevent losses. In 2014, they took on the role of Customer Retention Supervisor/Interim Manager at Charter Communications, where they identified trends and performance gaps, composed and administered development action plans, and developed content and training documents. In 2020, Evalena began working at both Percepta as an Operations Supervisor and DASH Carolina as a Real Estate Broker | Project Manager. In their roles at Percepta, they provided corporate level support and interacted with key users for feedback. At DASH Carolina, they helped buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process, managed all aspects of the process, and effectively communicated project scope, schedule, and budget. Most recently, Evalena began working at Diligent Robotics in 2022 as a Site Lead, responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists and robot associates, and acting as a liaison between onsite robot operations and the Diligent product, growth, engineering, and operations teams.

Evalena C. attended Kaplan University from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2020, they attended Charleston Real Estate School and obtained a Real Estate Salesperson degree. Additionally, Evalena C. obtained a Real Estate Broker North Carolina certification from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission in March 2020, and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent South Carolina certification from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission in February 2020.
