Alastair Scragg is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior legal roles within the SaaS industry and beyond. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Diligent since October 2024, Alastair previously held positions such as Head of Legal at Gravity Sketch, Director of Legal for EMEA & APAC at Invicti Security, and EMEA Counsel at Pendo.io. With a strong background in managing legal affairs across multiple regions, Alastair has been responsible for key areas including compliance, contract negotiations, and data protection. Prior positions include Senior Legal Counsel at Rackspace Technology and Solicitor roles at EDF Energy and SGN, among others. Alastair's educational background includes a Law degree from Swansea University and a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
