Alok Kumar

Alok Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alok started their career at Accenture as a Senior Programmer, where they specialized in designing, analyzing, coding, documenting, and implementing applications, with expertise in handling billing applications. Alok then worked at CSG International as a Development Consultant before joining Mindtree as a Team Lead. At Mindtree, Alok led a team and was responsible for overseeing project development.

Afterwards, Alok joined Herman Miller as a Technical Architect, where they designed and developed visualization applications and implemented CI/CD processes using Python, Celery, RabbitMQ, and other technologies. Alok also created desktop applications using Electron and React for end users.

Alok's experience as a Technical Architect continued at Srijan Technologies, where they built applications for clients using the MERN stack and defined coding standards, system design, and architectural patterns for the applications.

Most recently, Alok worked at Skill-Lync as a Solutions Architect, where they converted a monolithic application from LAMP to the MERN stack. Alok built a service-based architecture, with the backend developed using NestJS and the frontend using NextJS.

In 2023, Alok is set to join Diligent as a Principal Software Engineer.

Alok Kumar obtained a B.E degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate education with a focus on Science at Guru Gobind singh public school from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
