Jose Aleman

Jose Aleman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jose most recently worked at Diligent as the Vice President of Sales Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Tasktop. Jose also held positions at Galvanize, ACL, QuickMobile, Sophos, ACCPAC International, Hale! Marketing, Norsat International, and PCSupport.com, where they gained experience in various leadership and operations roles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as customer success, business operations, product management, and marketing.

Jose Aleman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Victoria, which they completed between 1999 and 2000. Jose also has a Post-graduate diploma in Applied Statistics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, obtained from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, completing it from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Accounting Data Analytics with Python, Customer Retention, Value-Based Pricing, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from different institutions and platforms.
