Kelly Clarke

Kelly Clarke, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Diligent since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly was Manager of Human Resources at The Avon Company, managing diverse aspects of the talent life cycle and employee relations from February 2022 to August 2023. Previous experience includes HR Business Partner roles at RBC, COPD Foundation, Goldman Sachs, and E*TRADE, where significant contributions were made in areas such as compensation strategy, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development. Kelly's career began with various internships in human resources, complemented by a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and studies at Trinity College Dublin.
