Kelly Pritchard

Kelly Pritchard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and controls management. Currently serving as Controls and Technical Manager at Diligenta since 2017, Kelly previously held the position of Operations Team Manager at Friends Life group, overseeing the implementation of control systems and process re-engineering to enhance customer experience while reducing costs. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Ceridian and Team Leader at AOL. Kelly holds a BA(Hons) in Business Decision Analysis from the University of West of England and completed earlier education at the City of Bristol College.
