Martin Bodmer is a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager specializing in customer service management within the financial sector. Currently at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since March 2012, Martin oversees over 125 staff across three departments, managing a legacy Protection portfolio that encompasses New Business, Underwriting, and Servicing.
