Milind Dhuru

Milind Dhuru has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. MILIND began their career as an Articled Clerk at Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants from 1990 to 1993. MILIND then worked as a Manager Accounts and Treasury at Cummins Inc. from 1993 to 1996, where they oversaw daily treasury activities and prepared financial reports.

In 1998, Dhuru joined Citi and held various roles over the years, including Trade Operations and Service Manager, Asset Based Finance Operations Head, Reengineering Manager for EMEA TTS Operations, CAO Global TTS Operations, and CAO & Reengineering Head of TTS Ops. In these roles, they managed operations, led reengineering efforts, and implemented new initiatives for customers.

In 2014, Dhuru joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Client Partner - Business Process Services. MILIND later became the Director of Operations (SMF24) at Diligenta, a subsidiary of TCS, where they were responsible for customer service, service delivery, and continuous improvement. MILIND eventually took on the role of Chief Operating Officer & SMF 24 at Diligenta.

Additionally, Dhuru served as a Governor at James Allen's Girls' School from 2020 onwards. Overall, Dhuru's work experience entails a strong background in operations management, reengineering, and leadership roles in the financial sector.

Milind Dhuru completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai from 1987 to 1990. MILIND then pursued a Chartered Accountancy qualification, obtaining the degree of FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1990 and 1993. Lastly, Milind went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998.
