Ntsatsi Leoma

Ntsatsi Leoma is a Customer Service Representative at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since July 2023. Previously, Ntsatsi worked at Nedbank Lesotho from February 2018 to March 2023, first as a Sales Consultant, where responsibilities included marketing and selling Nedbank products to Retail Business clients while providing excellent client service, and later as a Branch Administrator, focusing on the reconciliation of bank suspense accounts and liaising with internal and external banking customers. Ntsatsi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics and Demography from the National University of Lesotho.
