Pearce Bartlett

Pearce Bartlett is currently serving as a Senior People Partner for Business Growth at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pearce accumulated extensive experience at Capita from October 2011 to February 2023, holding various positions including HR Partner for Strategic Transactions, HR Partner for Sales & Engagement, and HR Integration Advisor. Pearce Bartlett earned a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Derby in 2015, following the completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the same institution in 2011.
