Varry Lavin has over three decades of experience in customer service and management. Currently, Varry serves as a Customer Service Manager at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since August 2018. Prior to this role, Varry was a CS Team Manager at Capita from April 2008 to August 2018 and at Prudential Assurance from April 1997 to March 2008. Varry began a career in the insurance sector as a Medical Underwriter at Scottish Amicable Life Assurance Society from June 1988 to April 1997, following an initial role as a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer from January 1987 to May 1988. Varry holds a Certificate in Management from The Open University, completed in 2001, and has a foundational education from Wallace High School, attended from 1985 to 1988.
