Lavoris Adams

Lavoris Adams serves as the Chief of Security at Dillard's Corporate Office since July 2001, overseeing daily security operations and the Dillard's Emergency Response Team. Additionally, Lavoris has held the position of Captain within the Dallas County Sheriff's Office since July 2005, managing the Special Operation Command. Lavoris also works part-time as a Deputy and has previous experience as a police officer with the Lonoke Police Department and the England Police Department. Additionally, Lavoris served as a Deputy Sheriff at the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office. Lavoris holds two master's degrees in Operations Management and Supervision, as well as Criminal Justice/Safety Studies, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arkansas Baptist College. Training includes a Law Enforcement Basic Certificate from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy.
