Luke Puleo has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Luke started their career as a Flight Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2002. Luke then worked as a Jet Engine Mechanic at Turbomeca from 2003 to 2006. Following that, Luke served as a Program Manager at RECARO Aircraft Seating from 2006 to 2008.

In 2009, Luke joined RSW Group, LLC as the Director of Defense Aviation until 2015. Luke then moved on to MD Helicopters, Inc. where they served as a Program Manager from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Luke joined N1, LLC as the Director of Operations, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Dillon Aero, Inc. In Dillon Aero, Luke has held the position of Program Manager since 2019 and has recently been promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations and Program Management in March 2021.

Luke Puleo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, attending from 2014 to 2015.
