Grace Su

Grace Su has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position as the Head of HR at Dillon Consulting Limited, where they have been since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Huawei Technologies as a Senior HR Manager from 2011 until 2020.

Grace Su has an Honors Bachelor Degree of Science (HBSc.) in Human Biology & Sociology from the University of Toronto. Grace also attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Executive School, where they studied Executive Compensation: Strategies & Framework. Grace then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at George Brown College. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, which is authorized by the PMI (Project Management Institute). Grace has also obtained several certifications, including CHRL from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association), CPHR from CPHR Canada, Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) from Scrum.org, and Standard First Aid with CPR C + AED from St. John Ambulance Ontario.
