P.eng. David Wiebe Ptoe

David Wiebe, P.Eng., PTOE has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. David started their career at J.R. Cousin Consultants Ltd. in 1999 as a Municipal Engineer-in-Training and worked there until 2001. In 2001, they joined Dillon Consulting Limited as a Transportation Engineer and has been with the company ever since.

David Wiebe, P.Eng., PTOE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
