Sarah Cason is an experienced food safety professional with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Corporate Food Safety Manager at DiMare Fresh since June 2020, Sarah previously held the position of Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Buckhead Meat from April 2017 to April 2020. Sarah's career in food safety began as an Inspector IV for the Texas Department of State Health Services between February 2016 and April 2017. Additionally, Sarah gained valuable experience as a Graduate Laboratory and Teaching Assistant at Tarleton State University from July 2014 to September 2015. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Animal Sciences from Tarleton State University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from the same institution (2009-2013).
