Kaitlin O'Connell

Kaitlin O'Connell has extensive experience in customer service and operational roles. Currently, Kaitlin serves as a Teller 1 at Dime Bank since December 2015. Prior to this role, Kaitlin worked as a Head/Co/Lifeguard at Norwich Recreation Dept from May 2009 to September 2015, where responsibilities included staff training and conducting children's swim lessons. Kaitlin also spent time at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from June 2013 to August 2014 as a Gallery Host, showcasing superior customer service skills while managing reservations and multi-tasking various front-of-house duties. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy and Diplomacy from the University of Bridgeport and has a High School Diploma from Norwich Free Academy.
