Jennifer Gargiulo AMA-CPM is currently the Director of Compliance Testing at Dime Community Bank. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Assistant Vice President, Audit Manager at BNB Bank. With a background in finance and accounting, Jennifer has also worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at MSC Industrial Supply and Delta Funding Corporation. Prior to joining the banking sector, Jennifer was the Owner and Director of The Dance Championships, a premier regional dance competition in Buffalo, NY. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes roles at BNY Mellon and M&T Bank. Jennifer graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
