Steven Schieffelin

Steven Schieffelin is currently the SVP/Head of IT Business Relationship Management at Dime Community Bank since July 2019. Steven played a significant role in the merger between Dime and BNB Bank, creating a $12 billion institution. Prior to this, Steven worked as the First Senior Vice President at Bank Leumi בנק לאומי for many years, where Steven created a new Technology Division and served as Chief Solution Architect for business transformation. Steven is also involved in the American Bankers Association as a Core Platforms Admin Committee Member. Steven holds a M.S. in Human Resources Administration from Cornell University ILR School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
