Jennifer Donham Wells

Jennifer Donham Wells currently serves as the Director of Marketing + Business Development at DiMella Shaffer since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Brand Strategy at Shepley Bulfinch from March 2015 to December 2020. Jennifer's extensive experience in the media production industry includes roles as Producer and Associate Producer at This Old House Ventures from 2005 to 2015, along with earlier positions such as Designer Showhouse Coordinator and Consultant within the same organization. Jennifer co-owned Wells Development LLC, focusing on residential home construction and development from July 1998 to March 2005. Additional experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Kallman McKinnell & Wood Architects. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and attended Northfield Mount Hermon School.
