Caitlin Blaisdell-Buck

Caitlin Blaisdell-Buck has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Caitlin began their career as a Human Resources Director at Carolina Pool Management in 2010. In 2011, they interned at the United Nations in the Office of Human Resources Management. From 2012 to 2014, Caitlin worked as an Operations Analyst at Schletter, Inc, where they implemented customer service department processes and developed strategic pricing calculators.

In 2014, Caitlin joined Radian Generation as a Business Development Manager. During their time there, they doubled the top-line revenue, expanded the asset management portfolio, and opened and led the East Coast office in Charlotte. Caitlin also served as Director of Commercial Operations and Marketing, where they created pricing strategies and marketing materials for new markets.

From 2020 to 2021, Caitlin worked as the Director of Asset Management at Miller Bros Solar, and from 2021 to 2022, they served in an Asset Management role at Avantus. Currently, they are the VP of Asset Management at Dimension Renewable Energy, starting in 2022.

Prior to that, they completed their high school education equivalent to a diploma at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. Caitlin also pursued further education at Columbia University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Additionally, they studied Politische Wissenschaft (Political Science) at Heidelberg University.
