Kyle Kemper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kyle is currently working as the Director of Operations at Dimension Renewable Energy since September 2022. Prior to that, they spent several years at The AES Corporation, where they held various roles. From April 2019 to September 2022, Kyle served as the Manager of O&M Engineering, overseeing a team of engineers responsible for supporting over 400 operational utility solar, commercial solar, BESS, and wind sites. Kyle was also involved in generating operational reports and presenting technical information to executive teams and investors. Before that, they worked as an O&M Engineer II (sPower) from December 2017 to March 2019 and as an O&M Engineer (sPower) from December 2015 to December 2017.
In addition to their experience at The AES Corporation, Kyle also worked at PK Clean as a Mechanical Engineer from May 2015 to December 2015. Kyle was responsible for mechanical engineering tasks during their tenure. Prior to that, they served as a Teaching Assistant - Mechatronics at Marquette University from December 2014 to April 2015.
Kyle Kemper gained valuable internship experience at GE Healthcare from May 2014 to August 2014 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Before that, they participated in the Engineering Development Program Co-op at GE Healthcare from January 2013 to January 2014. Kyle also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at CNH from May 2012 to August 2012.
During their early career, Kyle worked as a Tutor at Marquette University Educational Opportunities Program from September 2011 to May 2012 and as a Laborer at Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from May 2011 to September 2011.
Kyle Kemper pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University from 2010 to 2015. Kyle is currently enrolled at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they are working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytics, which they are expected to complete by 2024.
