Tom O'Flynn pursued their education at Northwestern University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following that, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1984 to 1986 for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General.
