Andrew Savener has a strong background in network engineering and infrastructure. Andrew began their career at Armstrong McCall as an Assistant IS Manager, where they supported a network of 25 PCs and administered the PBX system. Andrew then moved on to Adams Extract as an IS Manager, where they supervised a team and managed a network of 15 PCs and two NT servers. In this role, they used Microsoft Access to improve the company's database and generate reports. Prior to their current position, Andrew worked at CoNetrix as a Senior Network and Security Engineer, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting for financial institutions. Andrew designed, implemented, and supported network solutions using Cisco ASA and other firewall solutions. Currently, Andrew is employed at Dimensional Fund Advisors as a Lead Infrastructure and Network Engineer.

Andrew Savener obtained a Bachelor's of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree with a specialization in Data Analytics from the University of North Texas in 2022. Prior to that, they attended the University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1995, studying Electrical Engineering, Business, and English.
