Dave Foster

Dave Foster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dave currently works at Dimensional Fund Advisors as the Campus Recruiting Team Lead. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager, Undergraduate Career Services at the Darla Moore School of Business, where they provided career coaching and guidance to business students and achieved the highest employment rates in the school's history. Dave also worked at the University of South Carolina as a University 101 Course Instructor and Assistant Director of Off-Campus Living & Neighborhood Relations, where they conducted personalized learning sessions for freshmen and facilitated resources for off-campus students. Before that, Dave held positions at Ohio University as a Practicum Student and Graduate Assistant, where they provided academic advising and led peer health education programs. Dave also served as the NODA Intern at Sam Houston State University, managing orientation programming for incoming students.

Dave Foster holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Ohio University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Susquehanna University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Dave has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Attracting, Hiring, and Working with Gen Z," "Driving Inclusion with Empathy," "Using Job Data to Find Jobs," and "Virtual Recruiting," all of which they acquired in May 2022.
