Erica Gongora

Erica Gongora, MPA, currently serves as the Manager of Continuing Education Events at Dimensional Fund Advisors, having progressed through various roles in the organization since February 2019. Prior experience includes a logistics management role at TargetCW for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and program associate duties at the Austin Community Foundation, where Erica successfully launched the Hispanic Impact Fund. Additional experience includes leadership positions at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, overseeing campaign operations and financial management for major fundraising events, and administrative support roles at The Winston School San Antonio and Loyola University Chicago. Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
