Jess Tabak

Jess Tabak is a seasoned recruiter currently serving as the Senior Recruiter for Asia Pacific at Dimensional Fund Advisors, responsible for the recruitment of all roles in the APAC region since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Robert Half, where Jess held various positions including Head of Research and Senior Research Manager, contributing to RHI Management Resources' expertise in staffing project professionals during business transformations. With an earlier background as a Recruitment Specialist and a History and Classical Studies Teacher at Lynfield College, Jess's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Classical Studies from The University of Auckland and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching from Auckland University of Technology. Additionally, Jess undertook a career break for world travel across Latin America and Southeast Asia from January 2015 to January 2016.
