Mary Phillips

Mary Phillips is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of ETF Capital Markets (Interim) and Deputy Head of Portfolio Management for North America at Dimensional Fund Advisors, a position held since July 2012. Previously, Mary held several roles at Russell Investments from June 2003 to August 2010, including Portfolio Manager for Equity Derivatives, where synthetic equity portfolios were constructed using various financial instruments for public and private pensions. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an international emphasis from the University of Puget Sound.
