Warwick Schneller, PhD, CFA has experience working in various roles in the finance industry. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an FX Dealer at Macquarie Bank. Warwick then moved on to the Macquarie Group Trading Room at Bond University, where they served as a Senior Fellow from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they also pursued a Ph.D. in Finance at the University of New South Wales, which they completed in 2017. Since 2017, Schneller has been with Dimensional Fund Advisors, initially starting as a Researcher and gradually working their way up to the position of Senior Researcher and Vice President. Warwick has held various roles within Dimensional Fund Advisors, including Senior Researcher and Vice President, Senior Researcher, and Researcher.
Warwick Schneller, PhD, CFA has a diverse education history. Warwick obtained a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney in 2004. Warwick then attended the Royal Military College - Duntroon, Australia from 2001 to 2007 and was commissioned as an officer. In 2012, they completed their Master's degree in Finance from Bond University. Later, Warwick pursued their passion for finance and completed a PhD in Finance from UNSW from 2013 to 2017. Alongside their education, they also obtained the PS146 certification with a Derivatives Specialisation from the Australian Financial Markets Association and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by 2012 through the CFA Institute.
