Brian Schultz has worked in various roles in the scientific and research industry since 2008. Brian began their career as an Analytical Intern at Galson Labs in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo. In 2010, they worked as a Junior Research Scientist at both the Brookhaven National Laboratory and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of Dimien Inc.

Brian Schultz began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended the State University of New York College at Oswego, where they earned a Dual Degree - Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Dual Degre - Chemistry (B.A) and Adolescent Education (B.S.). In 2009, they continued their education at the University at Buffalo, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry.
