Peter Garis

Peter Garis has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Peter started their career as a SAP HR Consultant at SAP, where they participated and led major full-cycle implementations in various industries. Peter provided coaching and advice to supervisors and managers on staffing and performance management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Peter then worked as a Senior SAP HR Consultant at MyGnosis SAP Consulting Ltd, leading SAP HR implementation teams for joint projects. Peter also worked as a Senior HR Systems Analyst at SPIRIT S.A. and as a Group HR Director at Group IASO and MediPrinou, where they were responsible for talent management, training, and HR policy writing. Their most recent position was as the Chief HR & Regulatory Affairs Officer at Dimpflmeier Bakery Ltd., where they oversaw HR functions and ensured compliance with regulations. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, policy development, and legislative compliance.

Peter Garis has a Certificate in Human Resources from Sheridan College. Peter also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) in France. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Human Rights and Democratization from Università degli Studi di Padova, a Master's degree in European Community & Comparative Law from Maastricht University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Democritus University of Thrace - (D.U.Th.).
